Career Assistance


The Discovery Group Relocation's Career Assistance program is an individualized, career-counseling program designed to assist the relocating spouse/partner in obtaining employment in the new destination. As the "dual-career family" becomes a necessity, so too does spouse career assistance in the relocation of a married employee. The success of our program is our team approach to the job search process. Together, the professional career consultant and relocating spouse develop a strategic job-search campaign based on his/her specific career goals. This support continues throughout the job search process. The corporate administrator is also included in the process through continual feedback from the designated consultant. Our goal is to provide a nurturing balance of performance, motivation and morale support to your employee's spouse/partner who is experiencing both a relocation and an employment search. The Career Assistance program includes:
