You don't want to show your home to individuals who are just curious and have no intention of making an offer. Ask all the questions below and you'll be certain that only serious buyers enter your home.

Otherwise, make an appointment. "Would you be interested in seeing our home on Saturday or Sunday? Would 10:00 a.m. be good or would you prefer 3:00 p.m.? (Use whatever days and times are convenient for you).

The Guest Book


Use the guest book for all appointments and at all open houses. Be sure to fill in the first line of the guest book by adding a relative's name, address, and phone number. Buyers don't like to be the first to sign in. Be sure to have the buyer sign the guest book as soon as they walk in the door.
