When looking at property, ask for an buyer's information packet. Your information packet should include the following:
Fact sheet - At the very least, obtain a fact sheet for every property you look see. It's an organized way to list the important features of each home. It will also help you remember detail of each property you viewed at a later time and date.
Picture of the Exterior - Make sure you obtain a color photo of each home from your Realtor which will also help you remember the features and characteristics of each you you view.
Copy of the Competitive Market Analysis - This gives the buyer a snapshot of what property is selling for in the area so that they will have a good idea of what to offer on the property.
Payment Analysis - Show the buyer various monthly payment scenarious using several interest rates and down payments.
Finance Information - Include information about various lenders such as rate sheets, application, coupons, etc. This is a good tool for prospective buyers, especially first time home buyers.
